Definitions

"Buyer" means the consumer who buys or agrees to buy goods on this website.
"Goods" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation Email/Letter.
"Delivery" means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.
"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Settlers reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary, without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted.

Settlers works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct, however on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay or alteration.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Delivery

Delivery charges vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen. You will be able to select and view delivery charges for the options available before any payment is made. Delivery times vary depending on the method you choose. Settlers is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and estimated delivery times displayed are those provided by the delivery company in question. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for more information on the delivery methods available.

Settlers will deliver to the dispatch address provided by the consumer, either directly for orders placed by credit card, debit card or provided by PayPal when checking out using PayPal. Settlers does not assume responsibility for goods that do not reach their desired destination. If packages sent by an Express or international tracked service are refused by the customer, or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, any charges incurred by Settlers may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.

Payment

Card Payment – Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.

PayPal - Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
Apple Pay - Payment is taken in full when you complete your order. This is available on Apple devices.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. If your order is in processing, it is already in the process of being picked and packed, we may not be able to get to it in time. If we have already dispatched your order, you will have to file a return request. This does not affect any rights you have, it is just a logical process we need to follow.

Settlers reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.

Liability

Settlers does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Settlers will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Pre Order

The definition of a Pre Order is the sale of an item before it has been released.
